These terms of service apply to PERSONAL COMMISSIONS only.Submitting a request form or contacting for a quote does not guarantee commission acceptanceCommission requests including any AI-generated reference images will not be accepted under any circumstances.PERSONAL COMMISSIONS
Personal commissions cannot be used for commercial use (for example, the artwork cannot be used for prints, shirts, posters, etc). The client may repost, personally print, and crop their piece. The client may also upload the artwork to their personal website, gallery, or blog with a credit line to me.By agreeing to this TOS, you are indicating that you either own the character(s) drawn or have permission from the owner to have art done of the character(s) being drawn. I will not draw trademarked characters.PRICES
Displayed base prices are subject to change according to complexity, difficulty, size, and medium of each individual piece.PAYMENT
Payment must be received before any work will be done. Payment plans are available for commissions greater than $200 USD. Once payment is received and cleared, the client’s commission will be added to my work queue.Payment accepted via PaypalTURNAROUND TIME
Turnaround will be within 90 business days from receipt of payment. If you have a specific deadline for the piece please communicate this ahead of time, a rush fee may be applied depending on how quickly the piece is needed.If additional time is needed for a particularly large or complicated project, this will be discussed ahead of time and communication about progress will be regularly discussed.I EXCEL AT

I will not draw trademarked characters, real people, or art that promotes discrimination against minorities. I will not draw depictions of certain fetishes, rape, and pedophilia.PROCESS
For sketch only commissions, no WIP will be sent and only minor alterations will be made due to error.For regular commissions, two or more WIP updates will be sent before sending the final artwork. Changes can be made at these stages for no additional fee. The client may redline the artwork with desired changes. For smaller changes I will make the changes and move on to the next stage of the process. For larger changes I will resend the WIP before moving on to the next stage. Keep in mind that multiple large changes could extend the anticipated turnaround time.For Wildcard commissions, WIPs will be provided, but only minor corrections to the character are allowed due to the nature of the type of commission.I reserve the right to reject requested changes pertaining to artistic skill or style.I reserve the right to use rejected WIPs for other projects. They will be altered not to represent the original character in question.REFUNDS
You can receive a full refund up until the point where work has begun on the piece. Once work has begun on the piece, a 5% fee will be retained. If the client cancels after this first WIP has been approved, a 50% refund will be issued. Once the color/rendering stage of the artwork has been started, no refund will be issued.If I terminate the commission with no work having been done, a full refund will be issued. If work has been done on the artwork, a partial refund will be issued.COPYRIGHT AND SHARING
I retain full copyright ownership of the commissioned artwork. I reserve the right to post sketches, process guides, videos, tutorials, and the completed artwork to my website, art accounts/social media accounts, and galleries. You may request a delay in my uploading the above for gifts. You may request a Private Commission where neither the finished artwork nor any stage of the commission is shared online, however this type of commission is subject to a privacy fee.TERMINATION
I reserve the right to decline commissions without explanation. I reserve the right to cancel an in-progress commission at any point for any reason. You may receive a full or partial refund if this occurs. Please refer to the refunds section of this document for more information.FILE TYPES
Digital artwork will be delivered as a .PNG file. A .JPG is available upon request. If you require a vector file this will need to be agreed upon beforehand and will affect the price of the commission. .PSD and .CLIP files will not be provided.NO ALTERATIONS
The artwork may be cropped or resized for non-commercial use. You may not edit the artwork itself. You may not remove my signature from the artwork.If you would like a previous commission I have completed for you updated or modified, please reach out to me to discuss.My Artwork ot to be used in blockchain technologies.My artwork is not to be minted as an NFT, cryptocurrency or inclusion in any blockchain technologies.My Artwork is not to be used in machine learning.My artwork is not to be included in datasets used to train AI algorithms or technologies.
